11. Product availability

You can start your subscription with any issue you wish. It is also possible to order back issues. When we receive your order--unless you specify otherwise--we will start your subscription with the current issue. We generally will send the first issue via first-class mail within a day of having received an order. If a new edition is about to be shipped, however, we may hold an order a few days so the most recent edition can be sent. This avoids a situation where a new subscriber gets two editions within a few days of each other. In any event, a new subscriber should receive his/her first edition within 4-10 days. Audiomagazines shipped outside the U.S. and UK may take a few days longer due to mail delays.
